Bringing over 10 years of Chemical Engineering and process safety experience to the E, H & S consulting arena, Thang has proven to be a unique asset to our client’s. With a history that began in process design and production engineering at a chemicals production facility, Thang leads OneSource’s Process safety team specializing in PHA Facilitation, PSM auditing, and risk management program development. Thang also oversees the development of operating procedures, corrective action plans based on the results of audits and general risks assessments.

As PSM Specialist, Thang leads the development and implementation of PSM compliance programs for multiple clients. Throughout his career, Thang has committed to the safety-first mentality and has always put a focus on his client’s needs to achieve world class status in health and safety.

Thang graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor’s of Science and continued his education with a Master’s in Chemical Engineering from University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Thang and his wife Truc Ngo, along with their family live in Baton Rouge and enjoy family/friends gatherings. He also enjoys playing tennis and golf during his spare times.
