A professional engineer with an MBA in Operations Management, Curtis leads OneSource’s Executive Management Team with a unique combination of over 25 years of practical, regulatory and technical management experience. He has led the organization to successfully developing strong internal controls to maximize quality and efficiency of project work, while driving organizational discipline to maintain a competitive advantage within this industry.
Prior to joining OneSource EHS, Curtis worked for a Fortune 500 Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) company’s manufacturing division, where he focused on improving operational excellence through sustainable business practices.
Curtis is a Professional Environmental Engineer licensed through the Louisiana Professional Engineering and Land Surveying Board (LAPELS) and the Texas Board of Professional Engineers. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Engineering from LSU and a Master’s Degree in Operations Management through Regis University’s Business School.
In addition to being OneSource’s Chief Operating Officer, Curtis helps his wife run a family business. He and his family volunteer for the Local Weimaraner Rescue and enjoy traveling. At every opportunity, he works to support local organizations like the Child Advocacy Center and the Baton Rouge Food Bank by hosting toy and food drives.
