As Directory of HR and Personnel, BJ oversees the Human Resource Department and all personnel resource management for projects; both internal and external. Before joining OneSource EHS in 2011, BJ was the Worker’s Compensation Claims Coordinator over Health & Safety for a Louisiana Fortune 500 company. In charge of communicating directly with worker’s compensation carriers, vendors and adjusters; BJ gained the experience to properly and efficiently navigate the intricacies of employee management, worker’s compensation claims and incident investigations. BJ holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Human Resource Management from Southeastern Louisiana University and has over 12 years’ experience in personnel and HR management.
As a member of OneSource’s Executive Team, BJ is responsible for the timely and effective execution of personnel projects and leads a team of recruiting professionals that aid our clients in placing the right people on the right projects in order to create on-time project completion and ultimately help our clients protect their people, property and profits. BJ is also responsible for developing and administering internal processes and procedures, and maintaining the organizations compensation program.
BJ and his wife Tori, a high school teacher in Ascension Parish, live in Darrow, LA and attend St. Gabriel Catholic Church. BJ spends his free time giving back to the community through various charitable organizations and activities.
